Please update Point 2 to Point 3 on the Terms and Conditions with the following
-
CMR will pay £2.50 per handset received, regardless of age and condition, and will not deduct monies for missing chargers and/or accessories. However;
-
Foneclub expect to receive all mobile phones collected. If we suspect that the school or organisation has only sent zero value or nominal value phones (i.e. mobiles have been sorted by value and higher value handsets sold elsewhere) then foneclub have the right to return the phones as received back to the sender.
-
The average zero value or obsolete mobile phones we receive range from 10 to 30%. If this figures exceeds 40% then it suggests that the school or organisation have intentionally or knowingly sent mobile ‘waste’ making the whole scheme untenable. Under these circumstances foneclub reserve the right to return the mobile phones, as received, back to the sender.
-
CMR will arrange a free collection of 30 or more handsets.
-
Collections can be arranged for next day or at your convenience and are organised via our third party courier 'Business Post'. Collections can be made on weekdays between 10 am and 4pm - CMR can not specify the time of collection.
