Obviously it’s best to collect as many phones as you can, but if you’ve finished the scheme and have over 30 handsets we will arrange a free collection for you.

Call freephone 0800 298 9069 and ask for Julia Findlay. Make sure you have the following details to hand:

• Account Number
• Collection address
• Contact details
• Preferred collection date

We will give you a date when Business Post (our third party carrier) will collect the handsets.

Please package the phones in a well sealed box marked FAO Julia Findlay.

Once we receive the handsets you will receive a cheque within 10 working days. If you have finished the scheme, but have less than 30 handsets then please place them in a Jiffy Bag or secure small box and send to:
